AirDesk provides AI phone answering and appointment scheduling services to home services businesses, including heating and air conditioning contractors. This policy explains what information we collect when you call a business that uses AirDesk, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you call a business that uses AirDesk to answer its phone, we may collect:

We collect this information only from you, during a call that you initiate.

How we use your information

We use your information to schedule your appointment, to send you a confirmation and a reminder about that appointment, and to give the business you called the information its technician needs to complete the work.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Text messages

If you agree during your call to receive text messages, we will send you a message confirming your appointment and a reminder before your scheduled arrival window.

Message frequency: approximately two messages per appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your appointment.

Who we share information with

We share your appointment information with the business you called, so they can perform the service you requested. We also use service providers to operate our system, including telephone and messaging carriers and calendar and email providers. These providers may process your information only to deliver our service, and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of any person in an emergency.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment records and call logs for as long as the business you called remains our customer, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Businesses may request deletion of their records at any time.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask the business you called to correct or delete your information, and they can pass that request to us. You may also contact us directly using the details below.

Emergencies

Our service is not an emergency service. If you report a gas leak, smoke, fire, or another emergency, our system will instruct you to leave the building and call 911, and will attempt to connect you to the business. Always call 911 first in an emergency.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
